Companies and organisations meet special challenges in international projects. The seminar gives a comprehensive outline of modern project management taking into consideration potential fields of conflicts in an international environment.

Objective of the training:

The participants develop commonly how international projects can be planned, steered and realised at different locations. Furthermore they learn how to provide a basis for communication, mutual acceptance and tolerance and thus ensure success of the co-operation and the project management.

Target group:

Employees and managers, who take responsibility for international projects or meet culturally induced problems and cultural borders in current projects.

_ Project success/ project targets in consideration of intercultural peculiarities

Overall aspects of intercultural project teams
_ Roles and role identities in intercultural teams
_ To recognize conflict potential in time
