comprehensive Junior Development Program.
Junior Development Program / “Traineeprogramme”
Manufacturing / Application Engineering / R & D
Within these 12-month junior development programs - often with an international target – you
will be employed and compensated by the company directly, with interpool providing the
recruiting, design of the program, and ongoing training and counsel to the participants.
YOUR PROFILE / What we expect:
− An engineering or science degree with a focus on Application Engineering / IT / R&D /
Design / Manufacturing / Technical Sourcing or the like.
− Some prior work experience (training / internship / student jobs).
− An independent, reliable and well structured way of working.
− High level of technical skills and processes expressed in above average grades.
− High communicative skills and a friendly, well presented appearance as well as fluency in
at least two languages.
