To claim an intercultural training for the whole of Central and Eastern Europe, with its distinctly different historical, religious, geographical, economic, political, and language implications, seems as sensible as training interaction with Germans, Dutch and French people in one single seminar. Nevertheless, there are cultural and business similarities within this region which allow us to identify (and train) overarching cultural standards. The trainers will try however – as much as specific priorities of the participants allow – to emphasize cultural standards of specific core countries.
Seminar objectives:

Target group:
The training is addressed at employees and executives who prepare themselves for a business trip or a longer stay in CEE. Furthermore the training is useful for people running international projects with business partners from Central and Eastern Europe.
