Different cultures and operational areas require different skills and abilities. The experiencing, understanding and accepting of cultural differences require "the own" as point of reference. This cultural awareness training does not so much prepare for a specific foreign culture - the personal exposure of the participants to cultural differentness is in the foreground. Based on the elaboration of self-perception and perception of others, cultural standards, patterns for exposure to cultural differences with regard to objectives, planning, readiness to assume a risk, communication, hierarchy, etc. are worked out.
