International Networks
To us, international human resources consulting means networking. Besides the internet, our personal contacts with "interpool" candidates are one of our core resources in recruiting.
According to the country and industry we are working with, we utilize online advertisements, professional internet networks, newsgroups, electronic mailing lists, networks of colleges, universities and institutions of continuing education all around the world. We continually update and expand this know-how through a core of freelancers in different countries. All of our applications are online and are imported to the corresponding databases. All of our first interviews are conducted over the phone in order to find the right person out of the largest possible pool of candidates.
In addition, we maintain contact to our candidates by organizing our own "interpool-network", to inform them of new job offers and to continually expand the circle of suitable candidates through personal contacts.
To additionally play on the internationality of our candidates, we track their "global careers". Depending on the requirements of a position, we recruit Chinese employees not only in China but also in the US, Swiss in France, Africans in England, or Bulgarians in Germany - as the case may be, whatever skills are needed; for we live in a "global village" and we know how to make the most of it - for our clients and for our candidates.
