Junior Development Programs
Engaged in an increasing “war for talents”, larger companies with a well known brand have an advantage, especially if they can offer a variety of fast track junior development programs. With our cross-company 12-month junior development programs, interpool offers this opportunity also to companies with smaller size and more limited resources, in order to better attract high level university graduates.
As an external partner in those programs, we take charge of all recruiting, training and candidate management, while also offering our expertise and assistance in the conceptual design of the program. So that the company can concentrate its attention on preparing the candidates “on the job” for subsequent professional and managerial positions in your company. The trainees are full-time employed by the company and engaged in practical projects and tasks in line with all labour laws. The entry is possible at any time. Our Services:
- Recruitment and selection: On behalf of the company, we search and identify a selection of suitable candidates in Germany and, if necessary, worldwide and make recommendations on the objectives, potentials and development needs of the candidates. We then organize interviews or assessment centers and assist both parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Consulting: We support both the company and the candidate during the design of programs, the contractual arrangements and adequate remuneration in line with the market, and we regularly evaluate the success of the program together with you.
- Monitoring and Support: With an Insights©- personality analysis at the beginning, and an in-depth review with the candidate in the middle and the end of the junior development program, we support the trainees and prepare them for their future professional or managerial roles in their companies. Parallely, we regularly exchange impressions and feedback with the HR and operating departments to monitor the achievements, potentials and development steps of the trainee from a business perspective.
- Training and employee development: For the specific development of the personal and methodological skills of the trainees, we support each junior development program with tailored seminars at various locations throughout Germany.
