Even with additional efforts in Employer Branding, HR development, higher salaries or headhunting fees this challenge will become more and more difficult to meet. Therefore international labor markets will play a more relevant role in tomorrow`s recruiting strategies.
However experience during the dot.com hype has demonstrated that just hiring talent in other countries like India or Russia, and transferring those new employees internationally is a challenging process.
