Assessment
Hiring people for key positions in international projects poses special challenges for the methodology of choosing personnel. This is even more so when the position requires international candidates from different cultural backgrounds and/or when the employers do not themselves possess much intercultural experience.
This is why interpool has developed instruments for assessing and selecting international staff which already take into account elements of cultural background and intercultural savvy when deciding on candidates. On request we integrate these culture-specific elements into complete hiring solutions using our assessment centres, which also include role plays, interviews, psychometric tests, work samples, simulations, stress tests, etc... .

In addition to preparing and organizing the assessments, we help observe and evaluate the participants using experienced trainers and coaches from Germany and from the target country.
