Placing personnel means putting "the right person in the right place". Besides specific professional skills, the communicational and intercultural savvy of candidates play an important part, especially in positions of international interface.
This is why we put special emphasis on "non-technical" aspects of job placement in our search. During preliminary consultations with our clients, we ask why the position is to be filled, who that person will report to, what kinds of interface there will be with other departments or subsidiaries, what specific corporate goals are to be met by the placement, what the corporate culture is like and much more...
In our job profiles as well as in detailed interviews with our candidates, we pass on this information and present the growth potential of the position and of the company to the applicant. At the same time, we ask in detail about the experience, the abilities and the intention of each candidate. Through role-plays and other simulations, we can determine how much the individual career goals and skills correspond to the requirements and the potential of the position.
