Our Approach

In our work – be it recruiting, training or strategic consulting - we adhere to three main principles:

 

Individual Every organisation, every employee is different, with different objectives, a different context, different resources, and different challenges. And every organization and every individual already holds the keys and solutions with himself. Wherelse? We do not believe in blueprints or „one size fits all“ concepts. It is our goal to achieve the best possible result. In order to get there, “good listening”, accompanying and consulting mark our most important competencies.

 

Comprehensive Our business is people. And people do not function in a linear, mechanical manner, they interact. Therefore wherever we operate, we try to anticipate how a specific context with its interdependencies and patterns might affect a specific solution. This holds true for recruiting (which interfaces to a position, which predecessors, what reporting lines, what kind of intercultural context?) as much as for training (with which objectives and which interactions?). Our consulting and training activities are founded on a systemic approach, which means that we identify and work with strengths and resources available in a certain setting and try to foster those by adding our know-how and support.

 

Sustainable Our approach leaves no room for „hit and run“-strategies. We strive for lasting business relationships where the only relevant goal of our activities is the sustainable success of our clients. We therefore welcome and regularly ask for feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of our services. In addition we aim to find customers and partners who share our basic set of values: respect for others, open-mindedness, friendly interaction and a philosophy of exchange in which teamwork is understood as enrichment and where diversity is regarded as an asset and as potential.

 

Team Our team combines a variety of educational backgrounds: commercial, psychological, pedagogic, cultural, or socio-economic competencies and degrees team up in our projects. What we share is a wide array of personal international and intercultural experiences, regional and language skills, and most of all our communicative skillset which we put to use in order to solve the business needs of our clients.

We always welcome applications also for our own team – or for a freelance trainer and consultant position. University graduates may also get to know us in an at least four months traineeship (“Praktikum”) for which we conduct a specific in-house assessment center, usually during the months of January and July.
