Career Coaching

Every month we receive up to 500 applications for a variety of industries, functions and levels across different countries. Building on that experience we know what to look for and how employers can also contact breaks and gaps in the productive career.

Specifically, we offer this - a modular choice - in German and English the following services:

• Analysis of your application documents (cover letter, resume and complete portfolio) on the basis of the documents themselves and an accompanying telephone call

• Simulation and preparation for job interviews and assessment center (by phone or in person)

• Analysis of strengths and weaknesses and self-perception and perception in the context of a short training (individually or in groups)

• Carrying out a detailed and individual coaching on goal setting / re-orientation in the career.

Conditions (individual): based on an hourly rate of € 90,00 € a binding cost estimate for interview training and for processing of application materials. For a coaching initial telephone advice is free, following coaching session (45 min) 120 € (incl. VAT).
